Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable professional security guard to patrol and monitor activities in a primary school in Gbagada.


• In this position, you will preventinfractions of rules by maintaining a highly visible presence and preventing all illegal or inappropriate actions. You must detect deter, observe and report all issues.

Other Specific Responsibilities

• Help supervise the arrival and dismissal of students.


• Intercept visitors and check for proper identification and escort them to exits if not authorized.


• Patrol the school building and areas around the school including unsupervised areas.


• Intervene in activities that may result in injury and encourage students to not participate in such conduct.


• Serve as a role model for students in behavior, attire, and professional grooming.


• Notify police and emergency personnel when there is an emergency or unusual situation.


• Notify the correct person/department when there is evidence of medical conditions or abnormalities.


• Assist police, fire personnel, and other emergency crews when necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
