Salary Range :   3.5% Commission Based

PURPOSE


Bright Energy is looking for ambitious and charismatic individuals to join our marketing team.


BRIGHT AMBASSADOR is the key marketers for Bright Energy solar product  .Your job as BRIGHT AMBASSADOR is to make contact with all possible end user to install  Bright Energy solar product.and how it will benefit the lives of Nigerians

Traveling is a vital part of being a BRIGHT AMBASSADOR. Every day you find yourself  in many different places, stores, and offices as you pitch Bright Energy solar product through intense promotion and demonstrations, you spread the news of Bright Energy and build a larger customer base.


BRIGHT AMBASSADOR must sustain and enhance targeted total revenue in designated areas or territories by effective implementation of planned sales and distribution strategies that are aimed at growing market share  increasing profitability at the region.


JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Responsible for awareness and sign up through on-site, face-to-face interaction with potential end user.

  • Proficient in Managing Relationship with Public.



  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory

  • Report and provide feedback to management.



  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary



  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining

  • Makes sure sales  meet quota during a given period

  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines


Applicant must be creative, and ready to immerse in the field of sustainable energy 


 REQUIREMENTS



  • Must be a good business network, with good Track record of closed deals.

  • Have a good database of  high rate clients that are willing to buy solar product.

  • Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.

  • Be dedicated and goal-oriented. and be able to meet target



  • Strong technical selling knowledge with positive  delivery of results

  • Proven ability to work with minimum direct supervision

  • Must be outgoing, energetic and able to work with the public.

3.5% sales commission+ extra percentage commission based on target
