Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily staff activities and organize their schedules- Assistant Floor Manager, Waiters, Kitchen staff, Dispatch Rider, Receptionist, storekeeper, Dishwashers and Cleaners.


• Train staff to perform allocated roles.


• Manage order inventory with the storekeeper so as to ensure effective communication with the Inventory officer and the Buyer/Purchaser.


• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Assist customers with any queries or requests.


• Ensure the venue is open on time and ready for business.


• Ensure excellent house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of the venue.


• Keep staff busy and productive at all times, and resolving issues and challenges.


• Opening and closing procedures, and monitoring general operations of the venue.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years work experience.
