Our client, a full service law firm is seeking to fill the role of a Product Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving ROI by monitoring, developing and selling already designed products and seeking innovative ways to attract new users, retain existing ones, and increase the company's customer lifetime value.




The candidate will be responsible for stimulating growth at every stage of the user journey through various activities, such as improving activation, streamlining onboarding experiences, facilitating new feature adoption, upselling existing customer and as well as overseeing the entire value chain of product management.




Summarized Job Description:



  • Perform detailed product analysis which covers the product management funnel with all its aspects.

  • Identify innovative ways to grow our business, our impact, and our platforms.

  • Develop and execute partnerships strategy for key company’s products.

  • Ensure the company achieves specific KPIs in product-related metrics, such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue.

  • Improve various aspects of customer experience, such as early marketing impressions and new account onboarding.

  • Find new ways to make our products more profitable and identifying the best outreach channels.

  • Determine and monitor the effects of the metrics optimization.

  • Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve growth problems.

  • Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).

  • Elegantly and effectively integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs, as well as wants.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop a product development, implementation, and rollout strategy, as well as our top areas of growth.

  • Ensures all new product development activities are prioritized to deliver the value and impact.


Person Specification:



  • Minimum of a first degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related courses from a recognised institution

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong working knowledge of digital tools, especially those used in product management deliverables

  • Experience in creating brand activation and awareness.

  • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.

  • Good networking, prospecting and closing skills.

  • Experience in the legal space in as added advantage.
