JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are in search of driven Real Estate Head of Sales and Marketing Executives

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicant must have high experience and a good understanding of Sales and Marketing in Real Estate.


• Applicant must be passion, zeal and be agility about sales and marketing.


• Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business. 


• Applicant must have excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and driven. 

EXPECTATIONS

• Applicant must be able to develop great strategies to meet sales targets.


• Applicant must meet monthly/quarterly sales target


• Applicant must be able to develop a plan to expand the growth of the company


• Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along with other individuals both in the company and outside the company.

SALARY

₦ 120,000

COMMISSION

10.5% of sales
