Location: Mushin - Ladipo, Lagos

Report to: Head HR & Admin
Job Responsibilities
- Manpower Coordination for outsourcing and staff in the plant.
- Monitoring attendance of registers across all departments AND physical
- Maintaining Employee Data Base on Biometric.
- Attendance Report for Biometrics, spooling out reports when required
- Manning of the HR Software - ERP Data Entry, Shift Assignment, and shift setup.
- Manual attendance and Physical head Count.
- Filings and Documentation.
- Emergency Standby from HR.
- Direct interface with shift managers during shift.
- Ensuring that all HR Gaps are addressed
- Employee engagement, relations, and Management.
- GMP Monitoring and ensuring people work
- Preparation of outsourced Staff Wage Payment
- Be actively involved in the recruitment of junior-level employees by preparing job descriptions, posting ads
- Other Reports as required by HOD
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Educational standard: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration & Economics, Industrial Relations, or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- HR Certification will be an added advantage (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute, CIPM and others.
Experience:
- Minimum Working Experience: 2 years.
Job Requirements, Skills and Attitude:
- Manufacturing or outsourcing Experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Net / month.
