Job Description



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Responsible for ensuring that the products and services produced meet the Company’s standard of quality.

  • Updating and improving quality control procedures in response to changes in technology or industry’s standards

  • Reviewing reports generated by computerized equipment to identify defects or other problems that may affect the product quality

  • Ensure that production processes are being carried out correctly and efficiently.

  • Monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with standards or regulations.


Education and Experience



  • B.Sc. in related fields such as Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics.

  • Between the ages of 28 - 40 years

  • A good understanding of logistics operations and practices.


Key Competencies:



  • Should be able to conduct researches on new technology that could improve operations within the Company

  • Should be able to conduct audits of the company’s products to ensure compliance with Federal standards

  • Should be able to provide technical and procedural advice

  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Should have a good attention to details.
