Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that the products and services produced meet the Company’s standard of quality.
- Updating and improving quality control procedures in response to changes in technology or industry’s standards
- Reviewing reports generated by computerized equipment to identify defects or other problems that may affect the product quality
- Ensure that production processes are being carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with standards or regulations.
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. in related fields such as Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics.
- Between the ages of 28 - 40 years
- A good understanding of logistics operations and practices.
Key Competencies:
- Should be able to conduct researches on new technology that could improve operations within the Company
- Should be able to conduct audits of the company’s products to ensure compliance with Federal standards
- Should be able to provide technical and procedural advice
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have a good attention to details.
