Job Description:



  • Responsible for selling the company’s investment products and business development.

  • Achieve sales targets including client acquisition and Asset Under Management building.

  • Proactively identifying new clients and staying abreast of current trends in investment marketing.

  • Training and holding weekly meetings with sales team.

  • Delivering unparalleled investment advisory services to the company’s clients when requested by the company while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Organising and coordinating sales events and promotional activities with sales team when required.

  • Planning and executing promotion activities when required and conducting performance analysis.

  • Preparing and sending weekly sales reports and other related reports to the Managing Director.

  • Working with the sales team when required to prepare for client meetings for new business opportunities and for ongoing due diligence with clients.

  • Developing and driving robust sales strategy for the region.

  • Communicating with public relations professionals, preparing advertising budgets and coordinating with advertising agencies when required.

  • Managing press releases, bulletin board adverts and other similar tasks when required.

  • Monitoring compliance of sales staff with company policy.

  • Developing and completing presentations for client and prospect meetings.

  • Coordinating information for meeting preparation, client agendas, discussing client issues and gathering follow-up information.

  • Providing the company with analysis of the competitive landscape through the use of analytical tools.

  • Attending departmental meetings when required.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the client experience by communicating plans, on-going client issues and client engagement strategies.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.


Qualification:



  • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree.

  • Five years work experience.

  • Excellent sales and client management skills.

  • Effective communication skills through client interaction via phone, in meetings and in presentation to clients and prospects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Good coordination and organisational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and numerical skills.

  • Ability to meet targets with or without supervision.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
