Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights on all spare parts requisition by category and location.
Assist team with the implementation of logistics and distribution strategies and plans that meet cost and timelines targets.
Assist with the implementation of efficient file organization procedures and documentation systems for all procurement order processing and delivery.
Support with order processing needs and re-transfer stock to respective plants within Nigeria.
Provide support to management with evaluating the ability of vendors/partners to meet criteria related to costs, delivery timeline and product/service quality
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and add value to the procurement team.
Timely follow up on procurement contracts to ensure that Purchase orders (POs) are duly prepared, dispatched and payment made.
Any other duty of similar responsibility assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. Master Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
4 -5 years of relevant working experience in a well-structured/reputable organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude
Strong numeracy skills
Experienced in analyzing, interpreting and solving complex operations in procurement & supply chain management
Attention to details
Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.
