To provide administrative and financial support; facilitate the smooth running of the company by organizing and coordinating workflow.
Responsibilities
Ensure administrative processes run smoothly
Producing documents, replying to letters, briefing papers, and reports
Effective and efficient record keeping
Organizing meetings, taking minutes and managing schedules and calendars
Convene town hall meetings for staff, and plan and schedule internal and external events of the organization upon instruction.
Maintaining office systems, including data management, information and filing systems for important documents to ensure confidentiality, retention and security of the same
Support the Finance Manager by posting entries, ensuring taxes are paid to the government and more
Ensure documentation for the procurement of all goods and services is completed
Ensure the maintenance of proper accounting documentation and filling.
Seeing to the daily bookkeeping functions of the company
Qualifications
Graduate Degree and a minimum work experience of five years
Ability and Skills:
Excellent writer and a good communicator
Experienced Microsoft Office user; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
An organized, assertive individual who is proactive, creative, and resourceful individual.
An outstanding team player and self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
Great at staying calm and diplomatic under intense pressure.
Demonstrate tact and diplomacy at all times.
Able to use own initiative and make simple or business-critical decisions as required
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Able to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines
