Growth Product Manager Overview The role of Growth Product Manager functions at the intersection of Marketing and Product Development, and is focused on the customer, optimization, growth and scalability by using sales metrics as user acquisition, activation, retention.
This is a cross-functional role that works closely with multiple teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Data Analytics and Technology to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues across customer’ touchpoints.
The goal is to make the product more user-centric resulting in maximal and viral growth.
Responsibilities
Articulate the product vision and roadmap to customers/prospects and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Product and Marketing teams).
Propose initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
Gain an understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience.
Identify and reduce friction points in each step of the product experience, resulting in increasing speed of conversions, conversion rates, and revenue.
Generate creative ideas that are routed in quantitative and qualitative research.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships to drive traffic to Credo’s touchpoints.
Promote a product customers love by partnering with product, designers, marketing, sales, support, and customer service teams, to deliver an end-to-end product experience.
Work with internal and external Brand and PR teams to develop brand stories and roadmaps that ensure right positioning for Credo in the marketplace.
Prepare proposals, pitches and presentations to sell and promote Credo to stakeholders, i.e, customers, investors, management, etc.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
