Responsibilities



  • Responsible for interacting with salesmen, their lines managers and all other stakeholders to swiftly correct any issues on the SFA tool, Power Bi and any other software used in the organization.

  • Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all issues and tasks on helpdesk.

  • Generate, run and analyse reports on data collected from salesmen using the existing tools[1] Mplify, Power BI, Orion, as and when required by the management for decision making.

  • Furnish actionable data to sales department, marketing, learning and development and other departments for decision making, accurate SFA usage and efficiency improvement.

  • Conduct periodic market visit to ensure the SFA application is functioning as it should be for the end users and record the issues encountered on the field and ensure their proper resolution.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate with the backend teams on any technical glitch experienced in the usage of the application and communicate all solutions timely and proactively to the intended and/or affected users.

  • Have a full knowledge of salesman incentive calculation and ensure all inputs are timely uploaded and recorded & provide incentive slip whenever necessary.

  • Roll out, implementation of new feature of any of the applications to salesmen and delivering quality and technical training to end users.

  • Ownership, maintenance, and management of all SFA assets in the branch such as device, SIM and loan management and ensure proper documentation.

  • Liaise with sales team, finance & logistics team in monitoring and ensuring all primary sales orders raised and their invoices are successfully generated without any technical glitch.

  • Assist sales team in ensuring smooth operation across all businesses by ensuring complete and accurate data is inputted at the backend.

  • Assist in onboarding salesman to SFA application and proper management of the reporting manager hierarchy. Also ensure immediate removal of exited staff from the application.
