Our client, a Micro-Finance Bank is looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive sales growth, generate leads, make sales calls and work with relevant department to make their business stay ahead of competition.
JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, drive sales growths, make sales calls and meet all sales targets. An Ideal candidate must be able to understand the sales and marketing processes and be able to negotiate with clients. Communication skills are very vital to this job.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Client acquisition through the sale of the bank’s products and services.
- Steering liability balances of accounts opened.
- Cross-selling bank products and services.
- Engaging in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing.
- Delivering sales leads for Team Lead, Supervisors and Branch Managers.
- Ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Fostering relationships with customers based on respect and trust.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- OND, HND or BSc. in any field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a sales executive in finance or related field.
- The ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- The ability to retain important information.
- Sound consultative selling skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
