About the job

Objectives


Responsible for impacting re-distribution of PNG products across all channels, while maintaining excellent customer service, merchandising and awareness




Responsibilities



  • Effective re-distribution of all PNG products across all channels.

  • Merchandising & display maintenance.

  • Maintain awareness of all promotions & adverts

  • Assist in processing and replenishing stock at retail end, and monitoring stock levels

  • Communicate customer feedback/ intelligence reporting

  • Tasks assigned periodically

  • Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the Head of Department

  • Carries out any other duty assigned by Supervisor




Qualifications



  • B.Sc or HND in Arts related courses


Experience



  • At least 3 Years Experience in similar field




Knowledge & Skills



  • Basic Selling Skills

  • Basic Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to lead a team and give positive direction

  • SSF Co-ordination

  • Wholesalers focus and Management

  • Ability to take decisions from data

  • Report writing and data collation

  • Sellout driven and orientation

  • Ability to manage wide range of SKUs and categories

  • Experience in Dairy, CCB, Flavoured Dairy, Tea and Seasoning categories may be an advantage

  • Being creative and innovative, within the span of minimal supervision

  • Self Driven




Personal Attributes



  • Basic selling skills, with experiential span of not less that 1 year.

  • Outstanding Customer service and customer relationship abilities.
