About the role


The Customer Support Associate will act as the liaison between AltSchool Africa and its customers (prospective students, applicants, sponsors and partners) providing them with information based on their request, queries and complaints while solving complex issues, ultimately ensuring they have an amazing experience from all of their interaction with AltSchool Africa.


What you will be doing:



  • Respond to customers queries or issues via the phone, email and other digital platforms

  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with appropriate internal stakeholder, following up to see that escalated issues are resolved
