A reputable Company in Abuja is recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail and messages.
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Provide information about services provided.
- Makes calls and records messages for the respective staff as requested.
- Answers incoming inquiries by phone and email with a friendly tone and a correct attitude.
- Issues pass and signs in visitors to the office.
- File and maintain records.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- A good HND / B.Sc Degree in related courses
- 2 years experience in the relevant front desk or customer service.
- Must be smart, very presentable, have good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and good communication skills.
- Must be proactive.

Salary
N100,000 Net/ month.
