- We are launching a web-based marketing platform that provides students with opportunities that enhance their quality of life on and off campus. In this impact-driven model, we seek young, dynamic, goal-oriented individuals passionate about making a difference in the student community to join our team.
- We are currently looking to hire a young energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team.
- As the partnership manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship between the company and other companies.
- Successful Applicant will work remotely but MUST be available for a physical meeting at least (3) three times per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate with other teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Gather useful information from partners and their competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective partners and internal executives
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
- Conduct ongoing market research
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication,interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Inbound marketing business methodology
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.
