- Receives and review applications, manage interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for clients.
- Requesting references, guarantors and verifying the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule timefram
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practice
- Act as a point of contact and build candidates relationship during the selection process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification
- 2 - 5 years of work experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment officer (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
- Ability to conduct different types of interview
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc
- Familiarity with HR databases either software or MS Exce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong decision making skills.
Remuneration
50,000 Monthly plus commission.
