This position is for a Law Firm and only candidates who live around Ajah/Sangotedo should apply.


Key Job Responsibilities.



  • Correspondence/mail management

  • Call/communication administration incoming calls & inquiries.

  • Clients relationship management; clients administration and support.

  • Receive visitors and manage inquiries about the firm services information.

  • Schedule and manage appointments

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep a record of all law books in the firm and Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

  • Front office and general office ambiance and visitors schedules.

  • Supporting events, receptions and high-level visits, both technically and logistically.

  • Provides high standard and efficient support in all aspects of operations and office administration.

  • Proficient in English (oral and written)

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Customer service orientation.


Other duties assigned by the Head of Chamber


N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
