Responsibilities
- Participate in property business developmentactivities
- Create marketing materials
- Maintain and update listing of available properties for lease and sales
- Promote properties
- Develop content for sales presentations
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
- Professionally manage property enquiries
- Conduct property inspections
- Prepare offers and lease/sales agreements
- Conduct comparative market studies
- Maintain database of clients
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Pleasant and trustworthy
