- The Sales Executive will identify new sales leads, pitch products, and services, and manage fruitful relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute sales plan to drive growth
- Manage the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to closure.
- Prepare timely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting.
- Develop educational presentations for strategic accounts and ensure closure in record time
- Works to uncover and run sales cycles based on opportunities as directed
- Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
- Work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
- Take ownership, develops sales best practices, and secure repeatable and expansive opportunities within the assigned territory
- Handle all proposals and negotiations professionally
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the solution offers technical recruitment/outsourcing, cloud, ERP, analytics, and custom application development.
- Maintain fruitful customer relationships.
- Develop and leverage “C” level relationships across industry verticals.
- Preferred Resident: Lagos Island and Lekki.
Requirements / Experience
The ideal person must have prior experience in the following areas:
- Technical outsourcing
- Technology solution and product sales
- Strategic relationship management with C-Level Executives
Compensation
- Salary: N250,000 Gross
- Transport: N50,000 (Transportation)
- Commission: 7.5% Net Revenue.
