THE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will support with analytics and insights to enable critical areas of intervention, opportunities and trends with a view of radically improving our processes and systems, elevating our project selection and management capabilities, and driving continuous improvement with regards to efficiency and productivity in all activities.

THE JOB

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.


• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.


• Designing and developing solution and functional specifications document and acting as liaison to solution architects and software developers in clarifying business needs.


• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management..


• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.


• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.


• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.


• Have experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.


• Have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills


• Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Have the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

QUALIFICATION

• B.Sc. / HND preferably in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, Organizational Behavior, Mathematics or Accountant related field.


• A master’s degree in any of the above or related fields or an MBA would be a plus.


• Professional certifications in Business Analysis  and Project Management will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
