Job Purpose

• To receive user complaints and give the List level of support and escalated to the ERP manager

Job Context

• Understanding the total functionality of ORION


• Receive users' complaints from the help desk & through other sources like mail/ phone


• Provide the L1 support for received Day to Day complaints. -Escalation to ERP manager who is supporting from India / IT head west Africa


• Day to Day support to ORION and IT

Job Purpose of Direct Report:

• The job purpose of the direct reporters is to assist the Senior Programmer to achieve the overall objectives of the Function by delivering as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor / Master's Degree in Engineering / Arts & Science.


• Experience: 3- 5 years of working experience in a Manufacturing environment, should have handled a similar role, African experience preferred


• Knowledge in ERP background with oracle SQL & PLSQL and ORION (ORION11j is preferred )


• Hierarchy in Management: Level 1

• Experience in ERP environment.
