Use performance feedback from line managers to conduct skills-gap analysis for every employee and recommend a training calender in line with a set-budget and implement appropriate training programs to close the gap.

Oversee induction and in-house training programs at BH Academy.
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, career pathing, online training etc.).
Design a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.
Evaluate the success of learning & development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Ensure compliance with applicable regulators e.g., ITF, etc.
Prepare reports and provide HR Analytics that will aid decision making to stakeholders.
Manage professional certifications & subscriptions in line with the company’s policy.
Oversee operations at BH Academy, source for and manage profitable partnerships such as training hall rentage, offering of training courses at a fee and so on.
