Responsibilities;

• Forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for projects.


• Preparing documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, interim valuation, interim payment certificates and other documents.


• Tracking changes to the design and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.


• Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.    


• Carrying out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably consider necessary or proper in the interest of the company. 

Requirements;

• Minimum of BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying


• Minimum of two years’ experience in practice


• Excellent in measurement and valuation


• Excellent in material estimation
