Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee general smooth running of the business, see that other staff are meeting deliverables, formulating deliverables for the week after speaking to me and communicating with team, following up with them and reporting weekly to me

  • Oversee online sales and marketing are running smoothly

  • Cross check daily sales report and count stock weekly.

  • Oversee that accounts are well reported and balance with stock in and stock out

  • Oversee fulfilment are being processed within 24hrs

  • Drive business growth by motivating the team to work excellently and making bright decisions in customer care

  • Online or in person marketing meetings with salons, spas and hotels (for skincare) one day in a week

  • Email companies to book an appointment if possible before going. This is to drive wholesale sales

  • Oversee influencer collaborations in partnership with digital marketer

  • Plan monthly Instagram lives with digital marketer

  • Ensure salary payment and other payments are accounted for and fulfilled in time

  • Schedules production days

  • Initial quality and account check of incoming raw materials, packaging and fashion wears

  • Managing online shops: jumia, jiji, flutterwave, Konga, (amazon, eBay, Etsy in the future)

  • Receive orders and ensure they are processed on time

  • Come up with ideas to push sales and implement them e.g discounts, free delivery

  • Make sure every department meets their deliverables.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.


Key skills and attributes:



  • Communication skills (fluent written and spoken English)

  • Proficient in excel, microsoft word and emails for business

  • Good interpersonal skills.
