Core Responsibilities:

• Identify, verify and publish news stories.


• Monitor social media.


• Conduct interviews.


• Attend news events.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and oral English Language.


• Passion for news and human interest.


• Demonstrable working experience as a reporter


• Ability to gather, write and edit news


• Computer proficiency (MS Office, WordPress, SEO and web search)


• Active presence on social media.


• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Residence around Anthony and Ikeja is a major advantage.
