We are looking for a talented ASSOCIATE COUNSEL to join our team specializing in LAW for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in LAGOS, NIGERIA

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

  Conducts independent research.

  Performs document and contract reviews regarding specific project application.

  Works with more experienced lawyers to begin understanding the application of legal interpretation.

  Demonstrates some specialization proficiency in an area of law, specialty, function, or geographic region.

  
  

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• 
  

  Degree in law, a Call to Bar Certificate with a minimum of 3 years work experience in corporate environment.

  Demonstrates knowledge in substantive legal specialty and general knowledge of legal issues affecting the manufacturing industry.

  Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
