Job Description
- Fulfil all customer order requests and communicate customer information with the inventory manager for delivery purposes.
- Adhere to company live chat scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Up-sell and Cross-sell products and services to all customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of products and resources to assist customers with their questions.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Work with confidential customer information.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first customer interaction by being proactive.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of customer service and live chat experience.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Emotional Intelligence and control abilities.
- Female candidate preferred.
Salary
N50,000.00 per month.
