Summary

• We are currently in need of a Floor manager for a food truck who will be responsible for the effective day-to-day functioning, production, operations and business development of the company.

Job Description

• General oversight of the day-to-day operations and production including internal and external quality assurance.


• Manage the company's business development activities such as revenue drive, profit marginalization, sales, business exposure.


• Ensure delivery of superior services and products to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention


• Management of internal communication flow between employees and maintaining consistent working relationship among all employees


• Provide for all staff a strong day-to‐day leadership presence; support an open-door policy among all staff


• Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed


• Train and coach staff


• Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures


• Ensure staff know and adhere to established codes of practice


• Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant


• Total restaurant receipts and reconcile with sales


• Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately


• Set and monitor budgets


• Plan and monitor sales and revenue


• Organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities


• Prepare and analyse management report

Required Skills

• Minimum of HND in Business Administration or it’s related field.


• 2-3 years of experience as an operational manager, or business development manager in a food business company


• Basic understanding and surface knowledge of business management, financial management, operational management, human resource management.


• Hands-on experience in planning and coordination, maintenance operations, keeping track and report on all activities

Salary Range

N70,000  - N100,000 monthly.
