Job Summary
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns with a clear focus on inbound lead generation, customer needs, and ROI.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.
- This role will help to grow the HealthConnect24x7 brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness of our existing customers and prospective clients by developing and maintaining a sustainable marketing communications strategy.
Job Role
The preferred candidate will:
- Strategy – Develop, prioritize and implement marketing a plan to help deliver scalability and growth in line with business planning
- Analyze competition, SWOT, Segmentation, channels to market
- Budget Management and ROI
- Brand Positioning – devising strategies to position the brand in the industry at large and within the company’s target sectors
- Thought Leadership Programme – build our brand and position HealthConnect 24x7as an authoritative voice in the market in partnership with PR
- PR - Management of agency and plan
- Marketing campaign management and ROI metric and reporting for senior management
- Event Planning and Management - Developing regional events and conference participation plan
- Build and coach a marketing team
- Based on the data, drive SEO growth strategy to meet traffic and conversion goals
- Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize profitability
- Work closely with Product teams to define and prioritize the customer's needs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- 5+ years of core Marketing experience, out of which at least 2is in a management position
- Experience earned in a SaaS company, preferably in a start-up environment
- The ability to excel in both independent contributor and management positions
- Proven track record in lead generation
- Social media marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative with strong oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Results-driven with a passion to get the job done.
Skill Requirements:
- A proven track record in a B2B Marketing role, ideally for a service-oriented company or Tech startup
- A data-driven mindset - strong analytical skills, a knowledge of which metrics to measure, how to measure them, and how to optimize based on the results.
- Strong marketing fundamentals - a firm grasp of theoretical marketing concepts as well as their practical applications. Excellent content creation skills, as well as verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with C-Level stakeholders, sales executives, technical leaders, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills - adept at clearly communicating your plans with the audience’s priorities in mind, influencing stakeholders to deliver to the highest standards
- Strategic thinking paired with practical implementation skills
- Experience in the use of databases in both mass and targeted direct marketing campaigns
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change course as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organization.
