Job Description
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicate with the staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics both internally and externally.
- Conducts research on Fashion related topics and evaluate current demand/needs.
- Draft reports, letters, proposals, prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with staff and client.
- Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships. Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contacts outside within and outside business hours as required.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
