The candidate will help drive sales in the IT industry
Strategize, plan and create Annual Business Plan/s Create a Sales Acquisition Team and Strategy Identify direct or indirect Sales Channels & Partners
To identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey
Liaison with the Development team to stitch up the exact solution needed
To create an implementation strategy to support customers
To entertain prospective clients, where possible combining this with visits to existing customers.
To maintain communication with the client once the contracts is opened and show an ongoing interest in the operation
To analyse statistics thereby identifying key sales areas, problems and success rate Negotiating the terms of an agreement
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions, Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity
To constantly be aware of new business opportunities and action these
To achieve Sales Targets for all territories
Qualification
B.Sc Degree in Marketing or any related field
Prior experience doing IT Solution Sales in the Government sector for 8-10 years
Good at networking with top-level officials in MDAs
Well conversant & comfortable with the latest technologies, Prior experience in managing team/s
Evident demonstration of advanced knowledge and competence in ICT industry.
