Job Description
Experience is required in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking projects. Setting deadlines and monitoring the progress of projects significantly in an oil & gas Industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish project management processes to ensure the project scope of work, schedule and budgets are clearly defined and understood.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in project management.
- Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
- Extensive experience working successfully in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment.
- Expertise that encompasses planning, estimating, scheduling, project controls, and multi-discipline project execution.
- Manage whole projects from inception to final execution.
- Preparation of resource allocation planning, cost estimating, progress and budget tracking.
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
- Working knowledge and application of industry best practices.
- Ensures the documentation and analysis of required information data.
- Oversees the collation of project documents e.g., progress and highlight reports.
- Ensure that all necessary project functions, including HSE management and QA are established and organized in a way that ensures an effective and safe execution of the project scope of work.
