We seek a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and business operations.
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.

Responsibilities
Oversee our day-to-day operations.
Design strategy and set goals for growth for the company.
Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the company.
Set policies and processes that will improve productivity and profitability.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
Ensure that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
Working closely with the National Sales Manager and other Heads of Department to improve staff performance.
Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
Requirements
B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field; having a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Executive.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
