Responsibilities
- Represent and Promote the company as the best workplace.
- Generate and convert leads through door-to-door/offline sales activities.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective customers through a key understanding of services
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services.
- Help determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Coordinate sales efforts with digital marketing programs and execute via cold calling and emails.
- Visit prospects and customers to evaluate needs or promote services.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships through regular check-ins with prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports via Google suites.
- Communicate customer concerns, requests, and reviews to top management to increase customer loyalty.
- Follow and achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with a 90% success rate
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO/Lead Designer
Required Qualification & Skills
- First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation/Pitching skills
- Organized, and conscientious of schedules & deadlines.
- Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Personable and professional.
- Certification in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of construction or production methods and processes.
