Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction


• Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information with restaurant patrons


• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).


• Take orders from the phone and social media accounts.


• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.


• Follow all relevant health department regulations


• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Key Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Strong verbal communicator


• Attentiveness and patience for customers.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment


• Experience in food services or sales is an added advantage)


• Must be social media savvy.

Salary

N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
