Job Summary

We are hiring sales representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming and makes outgoing calls


• Respond to inquiries online i.e Instagram and WhatsApp


• Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.


• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.


• Take customers orders


• Attends to clients and makes them welcome


• Responds to inquiries about the company.

Requirements:

• Should be tech and social media savvy

Applicants that reside within, or around the axis of Ikeja (Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Agege, Alimosho, Magodo, Ogudu, etc..) have a higher preference.
