Overview
- The Store Manager owns the responsibility of managing staff and customer related issues, report to the head of retail on plans and strategies of how to deliver excellent sales and customer service in line with the company's drive and policies
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure store staff are well aligned with their day-to-day duties
- Display exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ensure reconciliation of all transactions by appropriate member of team or unit
- Be the first point of contact in resolving customer issues and complains
- Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores
- Negotiating new business with existing and prospective customers.
- Have very good knowledge of products at the store.
- Meeting and exceeding customer’s expectation.
- Good knowledge of buy now pay later scheme and channels of operations.
- Answering customer’s inquiries about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Feedback on new products and price changes.
- Closing deals.
Requirements
- Good sales experience
- Experienced in good customer service delivery
- Must understand how a computer System works and connects to other corresponding gadgets
- Must be a fast learner
- Excellent calculative skills.
