 Job Description



  • Organize resources so they are easy to locate

  • Work with the Facility Manager in resolving all issues arising from the facility

  • Answer other customer questions and offer them access to helpful resources

  • Direct questions to the right department when needed

  • Ensure proper documentation of requests and documents

  • Manage all desk administrative duties

  • Ensure the facility is clean and tidy

  • Provide support to the Facility Manager


Qualifications



  • First degree in any degree from a reputable institution

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

  • A male candidate is preferred

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

  • Proximity to Victoria Island will be a huge advantage


Additional Information



  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Proactiveness and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
