- We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee expansion of the company with the rest of the Business Development team
- Design and implementing Business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
- Evaluate performance of General staff (Interns, Junior staff and senior staffs) with co Business manager
- Perform quality controls and monitor achievement KPIs
- Coordination and monitoring of agreed targets (monthly report / feedback)
- Act as a visibly strong leader, ensuring that all activities and reporting are accurate, legally compliant and within company policies, highlighting and resolving concerns when identified.
- Access overall company performance
- Facility report – Ensure professional amount of work /facility
- Partners relationship – Oversee expansion projects with Head of Business Development, HODs or the rest of the management team
- Anchor Management meetings on behalf of the MD and representing MD effectively
- Oversee all the HODs in running the business process effectively (Technical, Administration, Revenue Attention)
- Ensure all company activities adhere to Government statutory, and corporate regulations and guidelines
- Ensure Compliance at all time to company policy / departmental policy with HODs
- Submit accurate and timely reports regarding expenses, activities, results, market position, and forecasts
- Develop and build deal structures, parameters and templates, and forms.
- Maintain records of equipment requiring servicing, repair and replacement.
- Overseeing the direction of a project. Ensuring that teams complete it according to the client’s requirements.

- Manage the finance and investment portfolio of the company with Head of Finance
- Manage the budget with the head of finance
- Act as Head of the Management team on all official matters
Branch responsibilities
- Oversee the branch performance in generation of revenue, customer satisfaction, and Brand image of all branches through the report of each branch leadership structure
- Set targets for each HOD based on MD’s recommendation and oversee the achievement of such target (revenue, customer satisfaction, brand image)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- Age: 35+
