Job Responsibilities



  • Preparation, organization and implementation of internal training, participation in the construction of the training system

  • Train new recruits according to the requirements of the person in charge of the company

  • Responsible for the development of the company's training courseware and optimization of the training system

  • Responsible for monitoring the conversion rate of first-line newcomers, as well as the need to help each team to do a good job of bridging training.


Job Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 3 years of training experience and over 1 year management experience.

  • Written skills, proficient in the use of Office software (PPT, Excel, etc.)
