Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for Sales of all Products and Services of the Company
- Set all product offerings demonstrating professional sales ability, knowledge and skill across all product lines
- Control of sales and production order
- Review and adapt to information regarding products innovations, competitors and market conditions
- Communicate with customers about changes in company policy
- Develop a data base of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking
- Advise customer on technical issue concerning the product.
- Handle customers complaints and monitoring level of satisfaction
- Advise customer on technical issue concerning the products
Requirements
- Candidates with experience selling plastics, plastics chemicals, flexible packaging materials, or polymers.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar industry.
