Job Description
Reporting to the CEO the HR and Administration Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities for DemyHealth group. The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for planning all HR functions, including recruitment and retention, payroll, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and development. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development of DemyHealth Group.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior management to understand the organization’s needs and build strategic plans to address them from an HR and Administration perspective.
- Plan HR and administration activities.
- Develop an overarching strategy, as well as specific tactics that will enable the organization to grow easily and quickly.
- Oversee and manage recruitment.
- Coordinate with the finance department in the preparation of monthly Payroll ensuring that each payroll run is completed accurately and on time.
- Develop and ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures. Periodically checking for legislative changes and new trends and developing new policies.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures required for the organization by law must be in place, known, and understood by all employees.
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken when policies or procedures are breached.
- Oversees all employee relations programs, including promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and employee representative discussions or negotiations.
- Manage the supply chain throughout the organization and ensure that departmental requisitions are processed, suppliers are managed, and necessities are supplied correctly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management.
- At least seven years experience in HR, three of which in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
