Job Description



  • Acquire full knowledge of the Company’s products and services in order to respond effectively to client inquiries and complaints.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information received.

  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations for financial report and tax reporting.

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

  • Review financial reports for ways to reduce cost

  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions for both clients and petty cash spent for administrative purposes.

  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.

  • Communicate updated payment spreadsheet to customer service for follow upon a weekly basis.

  • Set cost of land and products

  • Process financial requisition made by all departments in the organization.

  • Support HR on monthly payroll and keep organized records.

  • Preparation of Commission

  • Managing staff pension record.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.

  • Submit weekly reports to Head of Accounting

  • Any other function prescribed by management


Job Specification

You should bring the following qualifications, skills and behaviours to the role:



  • A candidate should possess either a B.Sc or a HND qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

  • A smart and fast learner

  • Proven work experience as an Account Officer.

  • Able to work well within a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel .
