- Acquire full knowledge of the Company’s products and services in order to respond effectively to client inquiries and complaints.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information received.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations for financial report and tax reporting.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce cost
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions for both clients and petty cash spent for administrative purposes.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Communicate updated payment spreadsheet to customer service for follow upon a weekly basis.
- Set cost of land and products
- Process financial requisition made by all departments in the organization.
- Support HR on monthly payroll and keep organized records.
- Preparation of Commission
- Managing staff pension record.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
- Submit weekly reports to Head of Accounting
- Any other function prescribed by management
Job Specification

- A candidate should possess either a B.Sc or a HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience.

- Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
