Job Summary
The successful hire will be responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for the Group. He/she will be required to plan and execute marketing campaigns, maintain and supply contents for the organizations’ websites, social media pages, blogs, etc.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Generate social media content on all the Group’s social media platforms to drive publicity and increase follower-ship.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the Group’s websites
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn etc.
- Track all website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Attend relevant networking events and product launches.
- Plan and monitor the Group’s ongoing digital presence.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that all the company’s services are aware and ahead of industry developments
- Use and research the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Serve as the organization’s media liaison and formal spokesperson.
- Oversee a monthly content calendar and determine the media strategy for each month.
- Analyze market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
- Work on "on-page" and "off-page" "SEO" (search engine optimization) of all the website pages.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Ensure timely payments of all applicable subscriptions required for promotions.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Execute social media efforts to improve followership, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
- Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and implement digital marketing strategies across diverse platforms for all brands
- Work closely with the different service-lines to develop solutions to improve the Group’s online presence
Requirements/Skills
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven hands-on work experience as a digital marketer with portfolio of past jobs as evidence
- Ability to deliver all-round creative contents (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and intrapreneurial
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Video editing skills is an advantage
- Knowledge of scheduling apps is a must
