Essential Functions
- Owns P&L and financial target responsibility for the segment.
- Typically responsible for all functions within the segment, including data, production, sales, client service, consulting, marketing, finance, legal, and HR.
- Develops and executes the short and long term operating plans and strategies for the segment and ensures consistency with corporate and regional objectives
- Generates new business by facilitating meetings/presentations and overseeing client proposals
- Responsible for overall satisfaction of clients
- Creates and maintains a positive working relationship with suppliers and key sources of information.
- Communicates business strategy, major developments and new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Req
- Other Graduate degree or equivalent
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience Req
- Previous experience at the senior management level Req
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in delivering against targets.
- Excellent management, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and operational skills.
- Presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven influencing skills at the senior management level.
- Strong commercial marketing, general management and financial skills required.
