Job Description

• We are looking to hire an Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and a good team player in addition to the requirements listed below.

Responsibilities

• Production of Conceptual designs.


• Production of Detailed designs and Working drawings (Ensuring compliance with Building codes and Planning regulations).


• Compilation of Project specifications.


• Liaising with allied construction professionals (Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers etc).


• Making periodic site visits for inspection


• Production of Reports and general project communications. (Monthly progress reports, Architect's instructions, Requests for payments, Minutes of meetings etc)

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent drafting, 3D visualization, and Presentation skills. You must be familiarwith Industry standard tools such as Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc or other equivalent software.


• Attention to detail.


• Good communication skills. Proficiency in word processing and reporting software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint etc)

Working Hours:

• Typical: Mondays to Fridays (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)


• Site Supervision: If you are assigned to an active Construction project, you may be required to work Mondays to Saturdays (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)


• Crunch: You may be required to work beyond the official hours to meet deadlines.
