Summary:
We are looking to hire a qualified candidate to handle operational and administrative roles for our Lagos state Bus Terminal.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily business administration and bus terminal operations
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Business Administration or related field
- 3 - 5 years of work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Remuneration
N120,000 Monthly.
