Summary:

We are looking to hire a qualified candidate to handle operational and administrative roles for our Lagos state Bus Terminal. 


Responsibilities



  • Manage daily business administration and bus terminal operations

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails etc.)

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned


Requirements



  • HND/BSC in Business Administration or related field

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience as an Administrator or similar role

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail


Remuneration

N120,000 Monthly.
