The company is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:



  1. Responsible for developing new customers

  2. Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.

  3. Work in compliance with company standards and business processes.

  4. Maintain and grow existing client base

  5. Achieve individual sales target

  6. Ability to acquire new client bases

  7. Ability to up-sell and cross-sell.


Skills Required 



  1. Excellent written communication skills and efficiency in using office (ExcelPowerPoint, Word)

  2. Ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner

  3. A self-starter with strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  4. Fluency in English 

  5. Report writing skills and ability to make sales presentations

  6. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations


Minimum Qualifications



  1. Bachelor's degree qualification is required

  2. 2+ years of previous experience in customer sales and business development.
